Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you make yourself acquainted with our Terms and Conditions. Finn-Tack is a wholesaler, restricted solely to B2B sales. As such, we cannot sell to the public end-user. End-users interested in purchasing quality Finn-Tack products, must go their closest equestrian retail and ask them to contact us. Check out our link Find a Distributor to find retailers in your area, which already have Finn-Tack products in their selection.

Prices

Prices may vary from retailer to retailer in your district. Consult all our local distributors to ensure you get the best bargain. Finn-Tack does not have price lists of end-user prices.

Shipping

Products ordered from your local distributor of equestrian products will be available at their location at the latest within 7 to 10 days of purchase, depending on the day your order is sent from the distributor's account to Finn-Tack head quarters. Please contact your dealer to find out more about Finn-Tack’s complete equestrian selection.

Refunds policy

As Finn-Tack is a B2B wholesaler, they deal solely with the refunds from their customers (ie. Retail shops). Please contact your local distributor should you not be 100% satisfied with your buy, or if you require a refund. Your retailer will process this complaint for you, according to the shop refund policies.
You should reckon with 2-3 weeks for Finn-Tack to process and/or compensate your distributor.

Become a Finn-Tack distributor

Finn-Tack is a wholesaler, with an expanding market. Finn-Tack with its daughter company Horze, welcomes new customers – new retail shops, who would like to distribute Finn-Tack/Horze quality products. If you have your own company, or are thinking of starting your own company and would like to sell Finn-Tack/Horze products, we require you to fill out the credit form application below and return it by email or fax to the address/fax number listed on the form. We will need to have your company name (as you would like it to appear on your invoice), documentation of registration and sales categorization, delivery address (and invoice address if different), telephone number(s), fax number and name of the contact person. Email address(es) MUST be provided if you want to follow your order or receive confirmations of orders. VAT tax identification number MUST be provided, for companies in the European Union. Please note that we have sole selling right or restricted selling rights to some of our customers. We reserve all rights to accept new customers or refuse customer requests based on our selling agreements. By signing the forms below you are subjected to the conditions listed on the application.
